Sure, to some of you trolls and griefers I'm just whining. But I just easily lost a 750,000,000-1,000,000,000 ISK killmail in 0.9. I bought a PLEX so I could get twenty decent ninja ships that fit my skills. I upgraded them and kept trying to get better. I staid in 0.9 space like a good little boy and thought CONCORD would help if I got ganged up or attacked by people who aren't involved in a one on one fight honourable space battle.
So, apparently if I rep someone who is shot at by one of these litterbugs he can have five friends warp in and start shooting me. Concord doesn't see that as a problem, oh no! And neither do you guys, because you've only had years to make the rules.
There are already issues in this game with bumping and other forms of trolling. I've had enough of this. I bought a three month subscription and a PLEX hoping I could actually play your game and not have the experience totally.....blah blah blah whine whine cry yadda yadda scammers wahhhhh Hey look I fixed your post for you. Actually I think that the blah blah blah part started much earlier in the post. More seriously ccp needs to do more to communicate to new players that this is part of the game. I don't want griefing to be nerfed, but it is a little unfair to noobs that start playing that think that this is just wow with space ships.
OP, you should totally grind up and put all of your isk in a bounty on your killer's head. That will teach him. If hes below -5.0 security status with a bounty, hes attack-able by anyone even in high sec.
I hate to disagree with you,-ábut there is nothing subjective about "boring" in connection to "mining".
